This is one of our favorite elk photos. Not only is this a spectacularly eerie photo, but it serves as a great tool to compare deer and elk sizes. Plus the elk looks like a Unicorn and everyone loves Unicorns. This photo was taken by Elaine Ulshafer on August 30 2010.
